Time for Fun!
We are very excited for all of the fun performances and events that our Elite Stars performance team have been able to participate in!
This is our first year having a performance team and the kids are making us so proud, and it’s only been a few weeks!
Our first performance was the Hopewell Farmer’s Market, which was such a great time and we’ve had dancers perform at it for the past 4 years now. It is one of the highlights for our students here at VAD and the community loves it as well!
Our next performance is at Richard Bland’s Pecan Festival on October 22, which is happening very soon!
We will be performing one of our numbers and are really looking forward to dancing at one of the most well known colleges in the area, especially during the pecan festival, I mean who doesn’t like pecan pie?
The last performance we have for the month of October is at Martinsville Speedway. This is our farthest performance and we’re all excited to be touring for Virginia Academy of Dance!
We are getting a full 15 minutes to dance and are looking forward to staying and watching the Nascar race afterwards!
We hope that everyone can come and cheer on the dancers as they perform this month and can’t wait to see everyone!
